"Unify pages using Document Setup settings" missing in CS4?

      In CS3, after changing a document's size, a second Document Setup window appeared offering some really great choices regarding how the existing items on the page should be repositioned. I cannot find those same choices (mainly “anchor”) in CS4. Have those options been eliminated or just relocated? Thanks.

      I'm guessing you had some kind of extra plug-in installed, such as Page Control from DTPTools.com.

      Seconded. That screen looks very familiar and I worked with a client that was used PageControl over the summer.

      I completely forgot about that — you are correct. Those options proved most helpful on many occasions. Guess I'd better add to Adobe's wish list! Thanks for your help.
