I have not come across this in my workflow; however, you can try the following if a more direct solution does not present itself.

For a quick fix, my first thought would be to try placing a folder titled “Document fonts” in the same folder as the InDesign document and then adding the AntennaCond Regular font to this folder. I believe fonts placed within the Document fonts folder will override system fonts.

Is the script handling the creation of a new InDesign document as well? If so, you may need to ensure that the document is saved prior to importing the text. You could even add the process of setting up the Document fonts folder to your applescript.

In addition:
In lieu of using the [basic paragraph] style, I have been setting up my documents using a custom default. For example, I use a defaults, defaults – paragraphs, and defaults – headings as the foundation. This has solved several issues when working in a collaborative environment and diverse documents.
