Bottom stroke text frame

      Hi Guys!
      So I’m trying to create a text frame that only have a bottom stroke, that is 30% longer than the actual text.
      I could obviously just make a manual stroke, but I want it to work with my paragraph styles.
      Could I somehow make a stroke that’s locked to the text frames anchor points?
