ALL CAPS to Title … and conjunctions

      Two parts:

      Some authors write titles in ALL CAPS … But some use the dreaded Caps Lock. Does a method exist to Find all caps and Change them to Title Case? When using find/change, title case doesn’t seem an option. And how can I target words typed with all caps (which the find tends to overlook).

      Does a method exist to Capitalize title words, but keep conjunctions lower case? “Benedict And Brazos” is the result, but I’m aiming for “Benedict and Brazos,” which is correct.

      That may have been three parts …
