      Hi. Need help, please.
I have an employee going from old laptop to new.
We use Lato fonts. They are loaded from CC onto new machine.
Installed InDesign. Exported Workspace from old Win11 PC and imported onto new Win11 pc.
New PC has the same Para/Char styles.
However, the Old PC styles show Font Family: Lato. New PC always shows Font Family [Lato (TT)]
Every document made on old pc does this on the new.
If he manually changes Workspace Para/Char style fonts they do not hold when he opens new document to the new PC.

I don’t think Lato TT would be from Adobe Fonts. Perhaps the new laptop already has Lato on it, and you need to remove that?

On the new PC, create a new doc and type some text in Lato TT. Then open Type > Find/Replace Fonts, and click the More Info button. Select the Lato TT font. In the more info section, it should show you where on your computer that font lives.

Hi, and thank you for the reply!

I did the new doc/text and look for [Lato (TT)] on both new and old PC’s.

On the new PC. There is no option for [Lato (TT)] font. Just Lato.
The same on the older PC. Just Lato.

This appears to occur I guess when I open the Document made on the older PC in the Lato Family of fonts, on the new PC, even though both PCs have the same Lato Family of fonts installed, through Adobe CC.

If you think of anything else please let me know. Much appreciated!
