      I’m aware that Peter Kahrel’s script repository came here but I can’t seem to find, ” Style Name Scrubber” which cleans up a document’s style names.
      Does anyone know its whereabouts?!
      TIA

      You can do it without a script — easy and fast:

      1. Select char. styles you want to delete;
      2. Click to the recycle bin;
      3. Check both check boxes;
      4. Click OK.

      1. Select para. styles you want to delete;
      2. Click to the recycle bin;
      3. Select “[No Paragraph Style]” from “and Replace With:”
      4. Check both check boxes;
      5. Click OK.

      Thanks for your response, the intent of that script was to clean up a document’s style names, not delete them.

      I don’t understand. What is the effect of cleaning up the style names? What happens with text (is it intact or without applied styles)?
      Sorry if I disturb you, but I would like to learn something new. :)

      Steve, did you ever find the Kahrel script?
