Strange print dialog box

      A couple of hours ago, while exporting a pdf, Indesign crashed. When I reopened it, it started doing an odd thing: the print export dialog box (and some others) are way too wide. It doesn’t affect the way they work, but it is annoying to have the dialog box take up most of the width of the page. I have tried everything: trashing preferences and caches, restarting etc. I also launched Indesign from a second account on my computer and it doesn’t have this strange behavior there, so I’m thinking there must be some corrupt file somewhere but I cannot figure out what it is and I would like not to have to reinstall the program as I have it heavily customized. Indesign 15.1 on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. (I cannot update to the latest Indesign 15.1.1 because it has a glitch that affects text flow). Any ideas
