Typefi has released the CS4 version of AutoFit, a free plug-in for InDesign. With this plug-in you can turn text frames into soft-bottom/soft-top frames that automatically grow as more text is inserted. AutoFit also adds a tool to InDesign’s toolbar that lets you set relationships between frames, lines, etc., so that when one object grows, the others follow
