      Hi there,

I’m creating an index for an annual report, and we’d like the “See” and “See also” references to be both italic and lowercase. Is there an easy way to do it?

      Bill.

The easiest way to ensure they’re lower case and italic may be to do a find/change after the index is created.

I ended up using a custom cross-reference to add “see” and “see also”, and then creating an italic style for it and applying it in the Index dialog box. It’s ugly, but it works.

But thanks for the suggestion. Much appreciated.

      Bill.
