Epson Introduces New Photo Printers
Epson designed the new Artisan 837 and Artisan 730 wireless all-in-one printers for photographers. You can output to the printers from your computer or from the printers themselves via memory card slots and navigation displays. Both printers come with built-in wireless and Ethernet networking.
The company says that the $300 837 and $200 730 are capable of the world’s fastest 4″x6″ photo prints: 10 seconds. Those prints are smudge-, scratch-, water-, and fade-resistant, and supposedly last up to four times longer than lab photos. Both models can also print onto CDs and DVDs. With the 837, you can also do color copying and faxing.
The Epson Artisan 837 and Artisan 730 will be on sale in September 2011.
