Corel Ventura 8 is a full-feature desktop publisher with the improved ease-of-use that you have come to expect from Corel. It’s toolbar is remarkably similar to CorelDraw 8, and it includes a feature set so complete that Computer Shopper’s Susan Glinert says it is “…rich enough to eclipse those of its competitors.” Read her full review here. Whether you intend to publish to print, the web, CD-Rom or hand-held devices, Ventura 8 has what you need to succeed.
Included are what is considered to be the best drawing tools available in a desktop publishing app. While earlier versions were noted for lackluster output appearance, Ventura 8 has this problem licked. A sophisticated program, Ventura 8 includes the ability to set halftone screens, overprint colors and autotrap. For a complete rundown, see Tom Arah’s review.
