Best ways to diagnose issues with App

      Hi all,

      What are the best ways for me to diagnose issues with InDesign?

      I have been having real problems with it crashing if it is left open when the computer sleeps. I am having to Force Quit the Mac and then restart the computer to get it up again. Clearing preferences doesn’t seem to help. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the app and it’s still happening.

      Any ideas of how I can find out what’s wrong?
