Large document taking too long to edit

      I am using ID CS6 and I have a document with 148,746 words, 36 pages. There are no objects, photos, etc. Just words with a line separating each line of text. If I move one line, or adjust the leading, font size, etc. it can take up to 30 minutes for the transaction to complete. Any ideas how I can make this workflow move faster?

      Try exporting the file as IDML, then open the IDML file and work on that. In case the issue persists, please send a copy of the InDesign file to me to analyze.

      It could be a corrupt font?

      Try as Masood says, to export an idml, and if that does not help, try to replace all fonts in your dokument with one you know works. Then export an idml again, and then it shoud work!
