Printing Tracked Changes

We do catalog design for an imprint company. Layouts have many text boxes (title, bullet point, price grids, spec copy, etc.)
Our specs department wants to be able to track changes made to pricing in our InDesign files so that they can keep company files up-to-date in the AS400 system and on the website whenever Marketing has us make a change in a layout.

It there an EASY way to accomplish this? I tried Tracking and Story Editor, but that opens a new box for every text bow in the document. No good.

I cant’ seem to print a copy with the changes highlighted. No good.

Can anyone suggest a simple way for us to print a copy or show in file to be able to make them aware of changes?

      Hi,

There several plugins that do this.

Search for CtrlChanges, blackening, or EditMarks.

EditMarks, is our plugin and you can see it here.
