      Hello!

Just experienced this view in InDesign for the first time in the document view :)

      Here is a screenshot: https://niklasmeijer.se/Capture.JPG

I had two other documents open in other tabs that were not affected by this viewing error. I have restarted Indesign and opening this document results in the same viewing error. I reopened the other documents as well and they were still good to go…

      Any suggestions?

      Best regards

      Niklas

What settings do you have in the pages panel for that document?

Hi Deiter, thank you for replying!

For the pages panel find a screenshot here: https://niklasmeijer.se/Capture2.JPG

If it helps here is a wider shot here of the incident were it creates a huge gap between pages in the document tab but not in the pages panel nor in any other open document.

      The screenshot is here: https://niklasmeijer.se/Capture3.JPG

That is odd. This might be a long shot but could it have something to do with the vertical margins in pasteboard settings? It’s usually a global setting but it might be worth looking at.

also have you checked out this forum post? it sounds almost like what you are experiencing : https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2293969

        Aaron,

        Thank you for the link.

This worked, I deleted the content on the page below the gap, added it to another newly created spread below and then deleted the original above and the gap vanished.

        Thank you!

        Niklas
