Bulleted Lists from Word and InDesign Styles

      When I import a Word document that contains bulleted lists, they always come in with Style overrides (usually the overrides involve the indents and the bullet character itself). I know I can clear the overrides manually, but that will be a pain. Has anyone figured out a way around this?

      I nearly always paste the text into a plain text editor like BBEdit or Notepad and, if the style to be used has the bullet as part of the definition, remove the bullets from the text file.
