Missing pages & buttons in iBooks on iPad and iPhone after EPUB/PDF export

      Hi, Everyone,

      I am working on InDesign CC 2017 12.0.0.81 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 to create and EPUB/PDF cookbook. Prior to creating the book’s TOC, I have exported both EPUB and PDF formats of the book to test in iBooks on iPad and iPhone. The result was satisfactory – the buttons that I’ve created in the book linked fine in both formats. After the creation of book’s TOC, the buttons became only visible in the PDF format but did not link to the webpages I require; and the Fixed Layout EPUB, when viewed in iBooks on iPad and iPhone, was missing last two pages of the book (one containing buttons I’ve used), even thought TOC works fine and the physical pages are visible in iBooks pages list mode.

      Did anyone came across above issue or has any pointers on how to fix it?
