      Hello All,

I am calling out to the community to help me in understanding Sidenotes, the step brother of Footnotes and Endnotes.

As I try to get the sense of how do authors work with Sidenotes in their documents. I have put up a quick 9 question (~10 Minutes) long survey which asks questions regarding different aspects of Sidenotes in a document. Purpose is to obtain insights into the workflows involving Sidenotes straight from the horse’s mouth.

Below is the link of the questionnaire which you can answer if interested.

I have made some assumptions here.

It is assumed that the respondent of the questionnaire is well versed with creating documents using desktop applications such as Word, InDesign etc. Additionally, it is also assumed that the respondents know what Sidenotes are; however, they don’t have to be using them in their creations.

As a quick re-introduction to Sidenote; it is a brief text positioned on right or left margin of the document, usually to provide additional information regarding the paragraph it placed against.

Looking forward to hear from you all….

      Thanks,
      Abhinav Kaushik
