Font display on Lenovo Mixx 510 tablet

      I was asked to create a fixed layout ePUB from InDesign for iBooks. Successful there, however the client has asked that I fix font display issue on their Lenovo Mixx 510 tablet. I suggested the following eReaders for PC devices, Bibliovore app, Freda app, Window 10 Nook app and EPUB Reader. They are still having issues. The fonts have been purchased and embedded in the ePUB, so I am unsure of why they would not be displaying properly. Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi Catherine

      Was the EPUB created using InDesign?
      If so, the fonts will have been embedded but will also have been obfuscated.

      Have you tried Adobe Digital Editions which should work on PC and also handle fonts obfuscated in this way.

      If needed it is possible to replace the fonts and remove obfuscation. I can help with that if needed.
