Thanks for your answer. That only solves part of the problem, though. I created a Left and Right master page. If I turn off “Facing Pages,” it applied the specs only for the Left master page. As a result, all of the page headers are off-center. I use .5″ off margin at top, bottom, and outside. For the INSIDE margin, I use .75″ margin. (A print-on-demand service like CreateSpace seems to require a larger interior margin). When I turn off facing pages, all my page folios shift (usually favoring the left).

If I don’t make some kind of adjustment to the graphic, then it just bleeds onto the next page as well. These pages were originally built for bleeds on three sides (which may not have been correct, but it worked well enough).
