Is there a way I can find out which version a file was created in?

I have downloaded v17.3 and it does not show the lists as lists. I would have though this would have been the version used in Aug 2022?

I am literally an amateur so this is not for a specific job, it is more about learning how to use the creative software. But yes, a logo design is the kind of thing I’m aiming for. I will see what I can do with Illustrator.
