ok, I figured it out, don't bother. I didn't reallize you could add stuff into the braces the find what section. Duh!

Hi, guys. I've searched a number of places and I can't find a way to get CS4 to pick up autonumbered paragraphs in the running head. Para style is set to autonumber, autonumber is set to a separate char. style, I have a variable for the para number and a variable for the text and it picks up only the text. So, for example,
1.1 System Variables
comes up in running head as System Variables
Any ideas? Thanks very much.
Never mind! I found a way to do it with PowerHeaders.
