MemberJust a quick thought, have they got a style in word? If so you could map the word style to the ID style on import, this can be done with para styles so it may be possible with table styles, no time to check so I may be barking up the wrong tree, if so – sorry ;)

MemberUse the Book feature from the very outset. You will be able to sync all the styles throughout then and keep an eye on pagination.

MemberI would steer clear of any eps files for any Indesign docs for any purpose, and as for embedding them, no way.

MemberUse seperate files and manage them using Book from the very outset, then you can sync each new document with the first “master”.

MemberWith you 100% Docbud.
An anchored line is the solution, with an object style. Life is like that sometimes.

MemberI like Helvetica Neue, neat and precise, and I am quite a fan of Syntax lately.
Gill Sans also gets an honourable mention (with Joanna of course), and Garamond for a classic serif.
I love DIN for its clean utilitarian look.
Slap serifs such as Rockwell are great for headings and Officina sans and serif can work great on the page that serif version almost a slap serif but just a tad softer.
