Update:
I used a few dots instead of em spaces in TOC definition (……^y inseadt of ^m^m^m^y) and aplied one letter style to all of it – and now I have tab leader dots as usual.
If someone would be interesting – I named the letter style I aplied to dots: ‘dots’. :)
