    Thanks David! I was using Google Chrome and a colleague was using Microsoft Edge. OK, so that doesn’t quite seem to make sense, but it’s the only change I made and it now works.

    I’ve encountered this same issue and can’t edit the boxes meant as prompts. My only work around has been to add a note to tell people the functionality only works when downloading or opening in Desktop App of Adobe or Adobe Reader.
