I create a plain document with all of the paragraph, character, table, and object styles I use, then save the doc to a shared location.

When anyone wants to use my styles, they can import them using the flyout menu in the upper right corner of the appropriate panel.

You can also save Paragraph and Character styles to CC Libraries, although I find they can behave unexpectedly and create unnecessary duplicates. Someone better versed than me would need to help there.
