    Too bad there as not been a solution to this. I have the same issue with my index causing the same error message during the output to ePub. The file validates fine, though some of the vendors are kicking the file back to me because of this. Ugh.

    I am getting the same error message, and have determined the source of the error to be with the links in the index. It’s annoying that the error message does not point to which link it is, and cannot find a reasonable solution aside from checking each of them individually.
