    Thanks for the information Aaron. I searched high and low for TOC nesting support but couldn’t find anything anywhere. This is really helpful to know.

    Just now realizing that the formatting went wonky here. Basically I only have a 2-tiered TOC in ibooks, but the correct 3 tier on the Kindle.

    If you were working on this project, with probably 150-200 instances of tables in paragraphs, how would you do it?

    I looked into that option, unfortunately there’s no way to overset the shading like you can with Paragraph shading, so I’m still left with white space where I want the shading to be.
