Graham, thanks to your reply I managed to create a page-title that I can use. It’s not 100% identical to the photo I posted, but I am very happy with it anyway.

Obi-wan, I understand what you are saying. But I really have zero knowledge when I comes to this. Something like “Create a Paragraph Style” I’m sure is the easiest thing for you, but I had never heard of a ‘Paragraph Style’ before and at first assumed it had to be a paragraph in a book, which was not was I was looking for. I feel a bit stupid asking a simple question on a board of experts, but on the other hand, that is the reason why I asked my question here. And I did indeed do a lot of searches before asking, but the terminology used in the answers raised even more questions for me.
