Oh.. I figured it out. I wanted “Crop Marks” to be printed.. Not “Bleed Marks.

That’s the issue. The bleed marks are for the 8.5×11 sheet. But the linked file is 5×7 with a .125″ bleed. The bleed from the 5×7 wont show up in the indesign spread.
Edit:
I’ve changed the document size to match the 5×7 from illustrator. The bleed marks I select for printing just go to the edge of the bleed. They don’t have the proper 5×7″ size, with the .125″ bleed.
