So I think you’re saying that I need to drag more than just the regular script? What should I put in there? I don’t remember it being this complicated in the past, but maybe it was! THANKS!

Hi again. Yes, I tried it with a blank document open.

I also tried to put the script on a different macbook, running 11.5.1 and indesign 16.4.

There must be something I’m missing. As I said, I have used the script for years across several computers and versions of InDesign!
