    Hi David, I ended up creating a new document and moving the pages one by one to see if I could isolate the problem. In going through it there was one page that crashed the entire program and after scouring through that page the only anomaly I found was a small (empty) text frame.

    I believe this has now rectified the problem.

    Thanks for the reply David, I will try it and advise.

    P.S I have been using Creative Suite for over ten years now and I still get heaps of great info from the courses you and Anne-Marie put together, love it.
