Thank you, this does work. However, it also removed all the word styling with it and shows the incorrect hyperlink placement (but at least this is aligned with Indesign now). So the hyperlinks need to be replaced in Word.

Could you be a bit more specific as to what the issue would be with justification? The client (against my preferences and recommendations) has gone for left-justified text throughout the document. It’s never been an issue with links previously.
Thanks for the reply, yes I can confirm that they are styled correctly in Word and that they unfortunately need to be active as the PDF needs to be printed and available as a digital PDF on the client’s website.
