For anyone who has the same problem. I’ve found the solution: the TextFrame object has a “label” property and you can put data in it that will be saved in the IDML file

Otherwise, this one is good too (https://www.inetsoftware.de/products/pdf-content-comparer) but doesn’t come for free and it’s for Windows (you’ll need Virtualbox, Parallels or another virtualization software to run it).
