    Page Export Utility (link) could help. All you have to do is confirm name for each document (just pressing Return). Maybe even this is avoidable with different preference settings.

    I do exactly what David suggested. Yes, it's a lot of work (shortcuts can be a huge timesaver), but it always brings smile on my face whenever I need to change something and I know I can be sure everything is where it is supposed to be :)

    Yes, it has a lot to do with pasteboard, it shows nicely if I go to normal screen mode.

    Strange gap

    I tried to change pasteboard margins setting in Preferences, but this pasteboard was always larger than others.

    Of course export to .idml was the right solution.
