What if I just make the picture in two colors and export it as CMYK file. Will the printer just ignore the 4 colors and print two colors only?

IN5 will work but I have to adjust many things, not like Interactive PDF or Flash. You can just export them.

I did it like that but it will put every cell in whole row…

I did it similar way by converting the table to text choosing the column separator as Tab and the row separator as Paragraph, then converting it back to a table, then using the GREP to change every tab to Forced line break…
