Masood: I tried what you suggested and that didn’t work either, made it worse in fact.
David: I design digital images that people can then download but not everyone can open PSD’s so I sell them as PNG’s. Because I can’t get correct colour match with INdesign and PNG’s that’s why I have to convert them all to PSD. Very frustrating and time consuming really.
Thanks David, I tried this but sadly it still doesn’t make any difference. I’m not printing anything from the InDesign document, I’m just using it to arrange images on a layout then converting it to a JPG to use.
When I save an image in Photoshop as a PSD file it embeds the RGB colour but it doesn’t give that option when saving it as a PNG. Perhaps this is why it doesn’t work. I might just need to figure out how to embed the RGB colour on a PNG.
