PS: Lots of demands are made by persons who don’t have automatism experience! … They just want a “click(s)” solution that works for them!
Imaginary case:
A designer has placed all the test in separate text frames (1 frame per “product”) to have a more cool and variable layout.
In each frame, the “0000000000” SKU code text has beed pasted in a secondary text frame (anchored or not (in this case, all “module” items are grouped together)).
Of course, “SKU code” text frames have different sizes [height/width] depending of the company commercial politic (“this product is a best-seller”, this product is a new one”, this product is on-sale”, …).
All the graphics [named, e.g. 0000000000.psd] are in a folder at the same level as the ID file.
The importation settings have been locked on “filled proportionally”!
Now, The pre-layout is finished! … Just 1 click to import all the images [with good dimensions!]!!
The designer is truly happy! No need to cancel the Christmas holidays! =D
