I have a script to rename~/relink files.

I’m pretty sure it can deal with your need, but not without some manual job to make the script knowing exactly what to do. I mean, the script has a button to generate a txt file with all link names in current document. This is a two column text file. Renaming the second column items, the script will do the job quickly.
