MemberThe menu set has the following options: [Default], [Shortcuts for PageMaker 7.0], [Shortcuts for QuarkXpress 4.0]
When set to default it shows the correct shortcut ctr+= listed, but it does not work.
I made my own set, were I deletet ctr+= and entered ctr+0 (it refused to give me ctr+=) so this works for my personal set. But not in the default set. There are no language settings in this menu.Linda Berntsen
MemberYes, exactly the same is happening to me. It moves to the top left corner. Very annoying. I have locked it in the toolbar on the right, so it should stay there regardless of if I have a document in it open or not. But alas….

MemberI am not sure what you mean? I haven’t got any option that is called Application Frame under my View menu?

MemberThis is SO annoying! Every time I close a document from the book, the book file is gone! My work is primarily with large book files and this drives me insane. It can’t be only us that have this problem? Can’t believe it isn’t fixed yet….

MemberProblem solved! The template had some wrong code in it, that made it fail. This post can be deleted :-)

MemberOkay, thanks for trying:-)

MemberI am sorry, but it doesn’t really answer my question. You said to make 4 more cell-styles, but it does not solve it.
Why doesn’t table border in the table style options work? It just does nothing at all…
I have watched those videoes over and over again but they do not cover my problem.
I have made a lot of tables and have no problems formatting them to my need. That is not the case. I need the table style to be formatted to sove this, not to use a ton of overrides to do it.

MemberAre you sure this is the only way?
In that case I would need a LOT of cell styles – Left, right and middle styles for both head, body and foot. Is that really the easiest way of doing this?
Furthermore, in Table styles, you can only apply one CS for header and footer. I still cannot solve this, what am I doing wrong?

MemberWhy do you need a barcode generator? I use the barcode font “3 of 9 barcode” With a * before and after your itemnumber. It creates the start and stop lines that are a bit thicker.
