I think you should install a new app that will recognize QR codes. Maybe your computer just does not support this format and needs additional tools. I have installed the app from https://smartengines.com/ on my phone and computer. I often scan photos, files in different formats, QR and barcodes. I can’t use just the camera, so I needed an additional app. Of all the ones I’ve tried, this is one of the best. Now I can easily scan any document and extract text from photos and PDF files. It makes my work tasks so much easier.
