    Hi,

    Just to update… I removed the transparency from some graphics and printed to 1.4 and it works.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the replies. Yes there are 2 transparant objects and I am printing to 1.5. I will try flattening and printing to 1.4

    Hi,

    Yes, in InDesign I export to PDF.

    Then from an Adobe Acrobat Reader, I File->Print to the printer.

    I understand, from internet sleuthing, that lots of printers can have problems printing some PDFs, in fact a printer guy here just said 2 other printers had the same problem recently, but I need to know if there is something I can change in the way I create the PDF in InDesign to avoid this issue, or am I at the mercy of printer drivers and printer hardware issues.
