    Oh I forgot to say I'm using InDesign CS5 and all the free apps you recommend in your tutorial and I converted from the epub using Kindle Previewer

    After following your Lynda.com tutorial – which is great – Anne-Marie I still can't resolve this problem. I've tried what you've suggested but no matter what I do the Kindle previewer and my kindle think that the beginning of my document is the last page. Do you have any more suggestions?

    By the way I was delighted when you responded to me following you in Twitter (until my son pointed out that you are such techie genius that you had probably set up an automated reply to followers! Duh!!)

    The code I've typed is:

    <guide>

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-1.xhtml” type=”cover” title=”Title Page” />

    <reference type=”toc” title=”Table Of Contents” href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-2.xhtml” />

    <reference type=”start” title=”Text” href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-3.xhtml” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-3.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-4.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-5.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-6.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-7.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-8.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-9.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-10.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-11.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    <reference href=”Text/0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-12.xhtml” title=”Text” type=”text” />

    </guide>

    </package>

    but the Kindle goes straight the document “0816_Microsoft_Freeform_ipadv2-12.xhtml” which is the last page of the document – even when you click on Go to beginning in the Kindle menu!
