    Just a note to others…i finally figured out the problem…i had inadvertently rasterized a whole page using the object export function…. And as soon as i cracked open the epub, i saw it immediately…

    I have a long book with roughly 30 chapters including many anchored photos…that ive been able to export successfully to epub using articles panel to manage ordering…everything compiles nicely except the first chapter…after the first page of that chapter, the rest of the pages for that chapter do not appear…it goes directly to chapter 2 which is complete and correct…as is the rest of the book…

    I havnt yet cracked open the epub to look at the code, but when i do..what should i be looking for?
