It isn’t happening in Adobe Digital Editions, but it is with Amazon’s Kindle ebook previewer and MS Edge. The ebook is being published via Kindle Direct Publishing, so I’m assuming that what I see with the Kindle previewer is what the reader will see, not what is in Digital Editions.
