You could use a tool like Pitstop to convert the colors in the pdf you export, assuming that’s your final output. In Pitstop, you can make little scripts that would do the conversion very fast for all colors at once. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any means to do this directly in InDesign if you are outputting to jpeg or something like that.
