I hope you’re getting off-list answers from others who are “in the know,” so to speak.
You’ve not given us information about your current Mac settings or your office’s PC network environment (Windows, Linux, etc). Anyone who wants to help would need that info.
This document might be helpful to your IT department,even though it’s UK based.
I’m an end-user who works in an office that uses Macs and PC’s with a mostly PC network. Properly set up, it can and does work. Hopefully your IT department and management team is willing to support your efforts.
You don’t need to be connected to a network to use your CC apps, unless you’re using Typekit to access Adobe fonts or Adobe Stock. Hope this helps a little.
