David, Sorry about leaving out the extensions.
I have posted this with the Adobe form as well. Let's hope it can be fixed. It's not critical, but still rather inconvenient.

Here it comes (autofit is not turned on):
I uploaded the images to my website and included the link when I inserted the images. I hope you can view them (I'm not exactly the most experienced forum user, please let me know how to get you the images if you cannot view them)
I place an image:

Than I rotate the content:

Because of the rotation, part of the image is masked:

Then I choose “fit frame to content” and this is the result:


In CS4 the frame would include all of the image….
