Aaaaaaand now it's working for some reason. I literally did nothing differently… God I hate Adobe products sometimes.
Also, selecting “Indent to here” from the menu doesn't work

Thank you, but this didn't change anything. The text frame in question already has a positive left indent and negative first line indent, but no matter what I change, the second line is still more indented than the first. Adjusting the line indents only changes the placement of the bullet point. What am I missing?
Here is a screenshot: above is the status of my paragraph formatting bar while selected on one of the bullet points that has this issue, which is pictured below. I'm a relative beginner to Indesign and this specific text bullet was formatted by someone else in the past. Thank you for your help.

I checked my keyboard shortcuts, and “Indent to Here” is listed as “Ctrl+” – there are no other functions with this key command. This is so annoying
