MemberHello Aaron,
Many thanks for your answer.
Actually i have chosen the first way : i have created an attribute for the list class and i upload for every ebook the triangle image in the image folder. It works pretty well.
Concerning the second way, i visited your link and my Mozilla Firefox is not able to see the icon, so i assume that ereaders also won’t !
Best regards.

MemberHi there,
I still got troubles with some ereaders with the cover, so i inform you that the perfect sentence to write in the cover file is this one :
style=”height:100%;max-width:100%”

MemberHello Kathleen,
If you want to make changes on your ePub, you have several solutions (the second one is maybe the best for you) :
1. Modify the extension name of the ePub file and write “zip” instead of “epub”. After that, just unzip the file.
1.1 Then open the folder “text” and open “cover.xhtml” with an editing software like Notepad ++.
1.2 Inside the part called “img src=”…/Images/nameofyourcover.jpg”, paste the following sentence : style=”max-height: 100%” instead of style=”max-width: 100%”.
1.3 Save your document and modify the extension name “zip” by “epub”.
1.4 Now the cover will appear perfectly2. You can also download “Sigil”, witch is a free software that allows you to modify easily all the files of the ePub (more easily than the first solution).
Just follow the steps of the solution 1 (from 1.1 to 1.2) after openning the ePub file with Sigil. You won’t need to open the files with a text editor because this option is uncluded directly in Sigil.3. “Tweak epub” is the last solution. It gives you the possibility to open the ePub files without modify the extension name, but it offers less options than “Sigil”.
Hope it will help you.

MemberHello Aaron, thanks a lot for your answer and advice.
If i understand well, i would have to save this code on a css file (say “custom.css”), then add it to the main Indesign css file (idGeneratedStyles.css) when exporting to ePub.
But how can i say to this custom.css file to make changes ONLY to some titles styles of the main css file (like “Title 1”, or “Title-with-background” for example) ?
Do you know the right “syntax” ?
Best regards.

MemberHi again,
So for the moment i have found a quick solution, it is to edit the cover file in the ePub, and make this change :
Change
style=”max-width: 100%”
By
style=”max-height: 100%”
It works but i would be curious to know if i am the only one who meet this issue.
